The Cleaning Innocence

The Cleaning Innocence, Tommy Everson G. Manuel, acrylic.

Growing up as a Christian I was always taught the commandments of god at a young age. One of them was to always be pure and innocent, and such that my hands were to be clean. I would always make a goal to keep this up, but I would make it back to where I started. I was trying to do “good” in the eyes of god. But the children at my church were always well-behaved, and I feel that my effort to doing better was never enough.
