My art is about the insignificance of how people refuse to ignore our planet's ecosystem and air pollution. This painting takes place in a dystopian future where the air is rendered toxic so in order to breathe you are required to wear specially made masks. The story follows a little cat named Kai as he travels with his humans along the world as they both run away looking for a better life. They are currently travelling through the city with the most toxic air levels and I’m ordered to keep Kai safe, he is placed in the backpack.
