I’m Kate Lusty, a traditional artist based out of Calgary, Alberta. I’ve had a long interest in art, and have taken many classes, and mainly enjoy experimenting and learning with art. I believe art is for everyone, and even the most simple aspects of life are beautiful. I enjoy using value and contrast in my art, choosing to work with detail to make pieces I truly enjoy. I believe that the journey of making art is truly unique, and that the failures along the way are part of the process.
